1. Two roles: data controller and data processor

Magnibiz is a platform that businesses (our customers) use to sell courses, memberships and programmes to their own students and members. We therefore have two roles:

  1. We are the data controller for data about our own customers and about visitors to magnibiz.com. That processing is what this policy covers.
  2. We are the data processor for the data our customers add about their students, members and contacts. Here the customer is the data controller, and we only process the data on the customer's instructions and under our data processing agreement.

Are you a student or member of a business that uses Magnibiz? Then that business decides how your data is used. Read the business's own privacy policy, and contact the business if you want access, correction or deletion. If you contact us, we will forward your request to the business.
